An essential yoga accessory for all levels. This yoga strap is handmade with love and great care. It's sturdy, adjusts easily, and doesn't come undone when in place (I hate when yoga straps slowly slip and widen while I practice). It is thick enough not to twist once fastened.

Another interesting aspect to note is that it is extra long: essential when extra length is required (for example, when practicing navasana - boat pose - with a yoga strap under the armpits and up 'to the soles of the feet)
