Small Sticky Mat – Essential Iyengar Yoga Accessory - 40 x 60cm

This small sticky mat (40 × 60 cm / 15.7 × 23.6 in) is a must-have for Iyengar yoga practitioners. Designed as an extra non-slip layer, it’s ideal for use under your head in Sirsasana, on a yoga chair, or anywhere you need to prevent blankets, bolsters, or other props from slipping.

Despite its compact size and ultra-thin 2 mm (0.08 in) thickness, it is robust and durable, just like thicker mats. Made in Germany from high-quality, easy-to-clean PVC, it is ÖKO-TEX Standard 100 (test no. 48325) certified and free from phthalates and other toxins.

Care instructions: Machine washable at max. 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Do not spin, as this can damage the mat. Avoid using detergents or fabric softeners.

Please note: The grip of PVC mats can be reduced by moisture, as this material is not absorbent.
