About the designer:

Mar de Olas, is the artistic name of Ina Olavarria, a Chilean textile designer and artist who lived in Barcelona from 2026 to 2012 developing different projects around textile recycling, highlighting her installations in urban space "Textilkontak". 

Her materials are textiles, ceramics and paper, which she works with manual techniques such as natural dyes and botanical prints), manual binding, loom weaving and embroidery.
