What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on the awakening of kundalini energy and unlocking energy centers (chakras) in order to balance the flow of energy within the body. This type of yoga is said to be able to help women tap into their inner power and strength. Kundalini yoga is often practiced with the use of breath work, mantra, and meditation.

Benefits of Sat Kriya for Women

Some of the benefits that have been attributed to Sat Kriya include increased self-love and empowerment, improved emotional health, increased physical strength and flexibility, and improved sexual health. One of the main reasons that Sat Kriya is said to be so beneficial for women is because it helps to release stuck energy in the lower chakras. This stuck energy can often lead to feelings of low self-worth, insecurity, and powerlessness. By releasing this energy, Sat Kriya can help women to feel more empowered and confident.

Another benefit of Sat Kriya is that it can help to improve emotional health. This practice can help to reduce stress and anxiety, and can also promote feelings of happiness and peace. For many women, emotions are closely linked with the menstrual cycle.

Practicing Sat Kriya regularly can help to balance hormones and regulate the menstrual cycle, which can lead to improved emotional health overall. Physical benefits of Sat Kriya include increased strength and flexibility. This practice can also help to improve digestion and eliminate toxins from the body.

In addition, many women report improved sexual health after practicing Sat Kriya on a regular basis. These benefits are likely due in part to the increased circulation that results from doing this Kundalini Yoga practice.

Stretch your arms up over your head with your hands touching and your arms hugging your head.

Interlock your fingers, palms together and index fingers pointing right up towards the sky. This mudra is called jupiter lock mudra. Women should cross fingers keeping their left thumb on top.

Pivot slightly your head down close your eyes and roll them up towards your third eye.
