In this video, Eyal Shifroni (a renowned international senior Iyengar yoga teacher) explains how to use 2 yoga chairs in order to start balancing your handstand.
How to Balance Handstand with Yoga Chairs?
The chairs are placed against a wall and provide support to both your upper arms.
Eyal mentions that there should be a gap between the chairs in order to place your head in between.
You can then get your legs up against the wall and start balancing 1 leg at a time, then the 2 legs together.
In sanskrit, this yoga pose is called Adho Mukha Vrksasana.
