Here is a useful essential oil blend for all yogis... Who has never experienced sprains, cramps, stretched muscles, joint pain or simply contractures?
In 15ml of arnica oil ( reduces inflammatory pain):
- 10 drops of gaultheria (gaulteria procumbens) essential oil - anti-inflammatory and analgesic
- 10 drops of lavender (lavandula officinalis) essential oil - it relaxes the body and mind
- optional to boost the effect: 5 to 10 drops of helicrysum (Helichrysum italicum) essential oil - relieves muscle spasms, inflammation & pain.
Message daily (up to 3 times) for a week max.
