RELIEVE MUSCLES & JOINTS PAINS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Here is a useful essential oil blend for all yogis... Who has never experienced sprains, cramps, stretched muscles,  joint pain  or simply contractures?
 
In 15ml of arnica oil ( reduces inflammatory pain):
  • 10 drops of gaultheria (gaulteria procumbens) essential oil - anti-inflammatory and analgesic
  • 10 drops of lavender (lavandula officinalis) essential oil - it relaxes the body and mind
  • optional to boost the effect: 5 to 10 drops of helicrysum (Helichrysum italicumessential oil - relieves muscle spasms, inflammation & pain.
Message daily (up to 3 times) for a week max.

Always check that you are not allergic to one of the components by testing a drop on your wrist prior to using the blend.
