This morning, as I left the house, I stopped in front of the almond tree. Its blossom, delicate and brave at the same time, announces the inevitable: life is preparing to wake up. [Your photo would go here]. This small sprout isn't just a pretty image; it is a visual reminder of our infinite capacity to be reborn.
The Strength of the Beginning: Aries and the Year '1'
We are on the doorstep of a vibrant cycle change. Next month, on March 21st, the zodiac will begin again with Aries, bringing with it that fire energy necessary to drive the creation of something new. It is the energy that breaks inertia. This year is also especially powerful for beginnings. Numerology indicates that we are in a year '1' (2+0+2+6 = 10 -> 1+0 = 1), the number that symbolizes the origin and the leadership of our own lives. If we add the vitality of the Year of the Horse in the Chinese horoscope to this, we have the ideal setting to move forward with a firm step toward what we desire.
Stepping Out of Autopilot to See Opportunities

My proposal today is to invite you to accompany this rebirth. Spring carries the feeling that things really can change, but to see new opportunities, we must first learn to step out of 'autopilot.' Our brain is an extraordinary organ, but it is programmed for survival, not necessarily for happiness. Because of this, it always seeks the easiest and most familiar path. Its goal is to limit any situation it perceives as dangerous, and for our biological mind, the unknown is dangerous. Leaving the comfort zone doesn't mean putting yourself at risk; it means allowing yourself to see other options and possibilities. It means daring to dream and opening yourself to change (even if it is gradual, gentle, and safe). However, giving ourselves that permission is very difficult for most people. Many internal brakes prevent us from flying, but once we identify them, it is much easier to start prioritizing ourselves with affection.
The Courage to Say 'Yes' to Yourself
As a life coach, my job is to accompany you in seeing beyond those limits that the brain dictates out of fear. I recently listened to a podcast by Álex Rovira that I recommend from the heart: 'The courage to say yes to yourself.' In it, he reminds us that permission isn't something we should expect from the outside, but an internal authorization we owe ourselves. It’s not about making drastic changes overnight, but about transitioning toward something that serves us better, leaving behind what no longer makes us happy.
A Small Step for Today
Starting small is the key when we are not trained in prioritizing ourselves. Therefore, I want you to close your eyes and complete this sentence (you can have several answers): 'Today, I give myself permission to...' Sometimes, starting with something manageable is the first step toward a great transformation. I'm sharing Álex Rovira's video in case it resonates with you as much as it did with me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21JmFcCBuV8
Would you like us to talk about how to identify those brakes that aren't letting you see your new opportunities today?
